Honey and Ricotta Ice Cream
A very easy recipe, an ice cream that pleases everyone.
Ingredients

250ml Milk
-
125ml Honey
-
500g ricotta cheese
Preparation Method
- Mix all ingredients together, transfer to an ice cream maker, and whip according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once the mixture is frozen and creamy, transfer to a container, cover, and freeze for 2-3 hours before serving.
- Pour into serving bowls and serve drizzled with honey and crushed ginger biscuits.
