Honey and Ricotta Ice Cream

A very easy recipe, an ice cream that pleases everyone.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together, transfer to an ice cream maker, and whip according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Once the mixture is frozen and creamy, transfer to a container, cover, and freeze for 2-3 hours before serving.
  3. Pour into serving bowls and serve drizzled with honey and crushed ginger biscuits.
