Ingredients

1 clove of garlic

2 tablespoons tahini

8 tablespoons of cooking water or chickpea preserves liquid

4 tablespoons of olive oil
-
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 teaspoon cumin (optional)
Preparation Method
- Peel the garlic, cut in half, remove the inner stem and coarsely chop the garlic.
- Place in a blender along with the remaining ingredients and pass.
- To serve, sprinkle the dip with olive oil and soy sauce, sprinkle with coriander and paprika and serve.
