A special Irish coffee that adds Madeira wine to traditional ingredients. A strong drink to be served hot.
Ingredients

4 tablespoons of Madeira wine

2 dl whiskey
-
5 dl coffee
-
4 teaspoons of boiled condensed milk

120 g whipped cream
-
1 tablespoon of powdered chocolate
Preparation Method
- Distribute a tablespoon of Madeira wine and ½ dl of whiskey in each of the glasses.
- Add the coffee and condensed milk and stir.
- Distribute about 30 g of whipped cream between the glasses, sprinkle with the chocolate powder and serve immediately.
