Buttery biscuits topped with Irish liqueur cream and black cherry preserve.
Ingredients

300ml cream

2 - 3 tablespoons Irish liqueur
Preparation Method
- Place the cream in a bowl and add the liqueur. Using your hand whisk, whip the cream just until it holds together, then pour the cream into a piping bag.
- Spread the cream around the edge of one of the biscuits before placing some of the cherry preserve in the center.
- Top with another biscuit and repeat the process until all the biscuits have been used.
