Japanese Curry

This is one of the most popular dishes in Japanese cuisine. Generally thicker, sweeter and milder than its Indian equivalent.

Preparation Method

  1. Fry the meat and vegetables with oil in a large frying pan over medium heat for about 5 min.
  2. Add the water and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook until the ingredients are tender, approximately 15min.
  3. Turn off the heat, break the Golden Curry Medium Hot Curry Block Mix into chunks and add them to the pan.
  4. Stir until the sauce mixtures are completely melted. Cook for 5 mins, stirring constantly.
  5. Serve hot over rice.
