Japanese Curry
This is one of the most popular dishes in Japanese cuisine. Generally thicker, sweeter and milder than its Indian equivalent.
Ingredients

450g Meat
-
350g Onion, medium, chopped

100g Medium carrot, minced
-
150g Medium potato, minced
-
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-
540ml Water
Preparation Method
- Fry the meat and vegetables with oil in a large frying pan over medium heat for about 5 min.
- Add the water and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook until the ingredients are tender, approximately 15min.
- Turn off the heat, break the Golden Curry Medium Hot Curry Block Mix into chunks and add them to the pan.
- Stir until the sauce mixtures are completely melted. Cook for 5 mins, stirring constantly.
- Serve hot over rice.
