Japanese Soup
A comforting recipe for cold days.
Ingredients

2 sachets of broth (1 sachet/person)

1 carrot
-
100 g tofu
-
Fresh coriander
Preparation Method
- Infuse the Beef Broth for 5 min. in 66 cl of boiling water (the equivalent of 2 cups).
- In this broth, cook the chopped carrot and the mushrooms cut into large strips.
- Add the chopped tofu. Add a few drops of fish sauce. Divide everything into individual bowls.
- Sprinkle each bowl with chopped fresh cilantro. Serve hot.
