Linguine with Tomato Basil and Ricotta Sauce
A very simple and quick recipe, perfect for a quick and delicious dinner.
Ingredients

320g Linguine

250g Ricotta cheese

Basil
-
Extra virgin olive oil

1 clove of garlic
Preparation Method
- Cut the garlic and sauté in a pan, add the tomato sauce and basil and cook for a few minutes.
- Sauté the linguine (previously cooked in plenty of salted water), finally, add the ricotta and the basil leaves.
