Linguini with prawns and tomatoes
Joining linguini with prawns has never tasted so good. In this recipe you will find all the flavour you are looking for while reducing the salt at the table.
Ingredients

300 g frozen prawn crumb

1 tablespoon saffron
-
100 g onion
-
2 garlic cloves
-
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
-
160 g ripe tomato
-
coriander
-
400 g linguini
Preparation Method
- Season the defrosted prawn crumb with the chilli mix and saffron.
- In a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Let it cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the prawn crumb and stir in. Cook for about 4 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomato, cook for another 2 minutes and then add half the chopped coriander.
- Put a pan on the heat with water. Cook the linguini according to the instructions on the packet.
- Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Mix together and add the mayonnaise and the remaining coriander. Mix well and serve immediately.
