Linguini with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Mushrooms, and Basil
A quick, easy and tasty pasta!
Ingredients

400g of linguini
-
2 garlic cloves
-
1 bay leaf
-
1 vegetable broth
-
1dl of extra virgin olive oil
-
2 shallots
-
250g sliced Paris mushrooms
-
grated parmesan cheese q.b. (optional)

salt
Preparation Method
- Cook the linguini in boiling water with crushed garlic, bay leaf, vegetable stock, and salt.
- Make a sauté with a little oil, the shallots cut into slices, and a clove of minced garlic. Add the sun-dried tomato and let it soften a little.
- Add the mushrooms and basil, sauté very quickly and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
- Once the linguini is cooked, drain it and mix it well with the tomato and mushroom sauté. Place on a plate and drizzle with a drizzle of oil. Mix well and serve with grated cheese on the side.
