Quince Cheese Toast with Cheese

A simple recipe to make your mouth water!

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of brioche bread
  • 100 g of Quince Cheese
  • 100 g of buttered cheese

Preparation Method

  1. Cut the Quince Cheese into slices. Cut the brioches in half and spread them with the buttered cheese. Arrange the Quince Cheese slices on top.
  2. Close and toast in the toaster until golden. Remove the toasts and serve them decorated to taste.
