Meatballs with Olive Oil Pies with Rosemary and Thyme
These meatballs are incredibly good and are made with Rosemary and Thyme Olive Oil Pies. A more traditional dish with a very special aroma.
Ingredients

500 g of minced pork and beef
-
salt
-
1 egg
-
Flour
-
1 onion
-
1 clove of garlic
-
1/4 liter of beer
Preparation Method
- Mix the Pies, minced meat and salt in a bowl.
- Add the egg and mix again until everything is well combined.
- Make balls with the mixture, all the same size and flour them. Fry them in a pan with oil.
- In the same pan we put 1 onion and a clove of garlic.
- When the onion is translucent, add 1 tablespoon of flour.
- Cook for a minute.
- Add a glass of water and a can of beer.
- Let the alcohol evaporate. Cook the meatballs for 15 minutes in the sauce.
