Mini sweet potato, coconut curry and avocado appetiser wraps

Preparation Method

  1. Mash the avocado with a little lemon juice and coriander leaves in a bowl and season.
  2. Peel the carrot and shape the tagliatelle with a vegetable peeler.
  3. Finely dice the beetroot.
  4. Spread the tortillas with the sweet potato delight with coconut and sesame curry and add all the previously prepared ingredients.
  5. Roll up the tortillas and cut them into pieces about 2cm wide.
  6. Prick them with wooden skewers to hold them together and serve them on a pretty plate at snack time!
