½ lemon

Preparation Method
- Mash the avocado with a little lemon juice and coriander leaves in a bowl and season.
- Peel the carrot and shape the tagliatelle with a vegetable peeler.
- Finely dice the beetroot.
- Spread the tortillas with the sweet potato delight with coconut and sesame curry and add all the previously prepared ingredients.
- Roll up the tortillas and cut them into pieces about 2cm wide.
- Prick them with wooden skewers to hold them together and serve them on a pretty plate at snack time!
