Miniterrines of Cheese and Figs
A simple recipe perfect for a special starter.
Ingredients

250 g cheese terrine
-
150 g Turkish figs
-
100 ml port wine
-
Salt to taste
-
Fresh figs to garnish
Preparation Method
- Coarsely chop the Turkish figs and bring to the boil with the port wine. Cook until the figs soften and the wine evaporates.
- Blitz the cooked figs in a food processor and season with a little salt. Leave to cool before assembling the terrines.
- Line 20 3 cm high petit gâteau tins with food wrapping and make layers of cheese, fig cream and cheese again.
- Place in the fridge for approximately 1 hour. Unmould the terrines, remove the plastic and decorate with fresh figs.
