Olives marinated in Olive Oil with Lime and Feta Cheese

A simple preparation… The result is even tastier olives.

Ingredients

  • 200ml Olive oil
  • 75g of green olives
  • 75g of black olives
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 lime
  • feta cheese

Preparation Method

  1. Place the black and green olives and the cubed feta cheese in a large jar.
  2. Add the sliced garlic cloves, thyme, lemon zest, some paprika and peppercorns.
  3. Add the olive oil, cover and refrigerate overnight.
