Pasta topped with Tomato and Olives

A practical pasta dish with tomatoes and olives and a good drizzle of olive oil!

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the pasta in the vegetable broth.
  2. Remove from heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Saute the olives in the remaining oil.
  4. Add the tomato and when it boils serve over the pasta.
  5. Serve sprinkled with ground pepper.
