Preparation Method
- Cook the penne “al dente” in a pan with plenty of water and a little salt.
- Once cooked, drain and place the penne in a salad bowl.
- Add the Kale pesto and gently toss.
- Sprinkle with the goat cheese, break into pieces, and serve immediately.
