Preparation Method
- Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water with plenty of salt.
- Heat a frying pan with 1 drizzle of olive oil and the garlic cloves, crushed with a crusher, and the sliced chilli.
- Add the pesto rosso.
- Then add the cooked and barely drained pasta.
- Toss everything together and serve with the ventresca on top.
- Finish with a sprinkling of chopped chilli.
