Pita Bread with Grilled Chicken

Try this pita bread stuffed with grilled chicken, crispy vegetables, and a fresh yogurt sauce. A meal ready in 15 minutes with just five ingredients.

  1. Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, black pepper, and curry.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and then cook the chicken breast for 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove to a plate and leave to rest for 2 minutes. Cut into slices.
  4. In a very hot non-stick frying pan, heat the buns for 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Open the buns in half and fill them with the lettuce leaves, carrot, chicken slices, and yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.
