200g sweet potato fries

400g of fresh tuna

400g of cooked rice

250g of pumpkin

1 cucumber

1 carrot

1 courgette

1 avocado

50g cashew

Preparation Method
- Start by cutting the pumpkin into small cubes, seasoning with salt, pepper, the olive oil and Modena Balsamic Vinegar, and bake for 25 minutes at 180ºC.
- At the same time, prepare the sweet potato chips.
- Meanwhile, use a spiralizer to make spaghetti from the cucumber and zucchini, reserving.
- Slice the carrot and avocado.
- In a bowl, place the rice, on top of the tuna cut into cubes, alternating vegetables and sweet potato chips.
- Finish with cashews on top and drizzle with olive oil.
