Ideal for children, who love the alternative of pork and turkey kebabs, and also for family or party meals.
Ingredients

4 pork and turkey skewers

200 g potato chips

60 g bacon
-
50 g sausage
-
3 cloves of garlic
-
1 red onion
-
200 g lettuce mix
-
olive oil
-
red wine vinegar
-
salt
-
1 bay leaf
-
black pepper
Preparation Method
- Season the skewers. Chop the garlic. Cut the bacon and sausage into cubes. Peel and cut the red onion into thin half moons. Cut the cherry tomato into wedges.
- In a pan on the fire, with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the bacon and sausage, add the chopped garlic and a bay leaf. Then add the beans and a little water, let it boil for 5 minutes and adjust the seasoning.
- Grill the skewer. In a bowl, place the lettuce, the onion in half moons and the cherry tomato and season with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Serve the kebabs with black beans, potato chips and a mixed salad.
