Red Wine Sauce with Cranberry
This sauce is perfect for roast meats. Easy and practical with a touch of cranberry sauce.
Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon dried herb mix

1 sachet of beef stock
Preparation Method
- In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the onion gently for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add the dried herb mixture and saute for another 30 seconds.
- Introduce the red wine and let the alcohol cook for 3 minutes.
- Introduce 1 liter of boiling water with a sachet of stock.
- When the sauce is smooth and shiny, add the cranberry sauce to sweeten it. Continue whisking to dissolve the cranberry sauce into the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
