This bean and cheese burrito is perfect for a quick lunch or snack.
Ingredients

200g grated mozzarella
Preparation Method
- Place the Fried Beans in a small pan and heat them over low heat until they start to bubble (you can add a little water to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan).
- When the beans are done, set aside and add a generous amount to one of the cold Tortilla Wraps.
- Add the grated cheese on top and roll up well, repeating the same with the rest of the Wraps.
- When they’re done, heat a nonstick skillet and heat two at a time, making sure they look nice and warm throughout.
- Repeat the same process with the rest of your burritos.
- Serve hot with Chipotle Salsa on the side.
