A simply delicious risotto!
Ingredients

3cl olive oil
-
4cl white wine
-
50 g onions
-
200 g arborio rice
-
30 g dried mushrooms
-
50 grated parmesan cheese
-
40 g butter
-
Mushroom stock to taste
-
Thyme to taste
Preparation Method
- Soak the mushrooms for some time. Remove them from the water and heat the water with salt and pepper. Let it boil to make the mushroom stock.
- Separately, sauté chopped onion in olive oil until brown. Add the rice and let it fry well. Add the white wine and let it be absorbed by the rice.
- Gradually add the mushroom stock, always hot, as the rice dries out. In the end, flavor with a little thyme.
- Remove from the heat and add the sliced mushrooms, the butter, and some grated cheese. Stir well and adjust the salt and pepper seasoning.
- Serve and garnish with the remaining grated cheese and thyme.
