Salad with Pumpkin and Ham

A perfect salad for winter!

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Cut the Pain d’épices into square cubes and fry them in butter. Drain on kitchen paper and let cool.
  2. Mix the balsamic vinegar with the oil and season with pepper.
  3. Fry the pumpkin slices in butter, season with salt and pepper and finally add the balsamic mixture.
  4. Remove from heat and add the oregano. Let cool.
  5. Cut the ham slices into 4 cm strips and mix with the lettuce mixture.
  6. Serve the Pain d’épices croutons with the pumpkin and ham.
