Salt Flavoured with Mango, Curry and Lime
Use some of this mixture of sea salt, curry powder, dehydrated mango, chilli and lime zest to add a fresh, crunchy touch to vegetables, chicken, prawns, rice and other dishes before serving.
Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon Vegetable oil

1/4 teaspoon ground chilli

2 tsp dehydrated mango, finely chopped

1 tsp fine lime zest
Preparation Method
- Mix the oil and salt well. Add the curry and chili and mix well. Add the mango and lime zest.
- Store in a well-sealed jar in a cool, dry place. If desired, crumble the lumps before using.
