Salted Caramel Ice Cream
Hot or cold days are always synonymous with delicious desserts. And ice cream is part of this group. So get to work and prepare this fresh dessert with caramel flavour.
Ingredients

100ml cream

Ice cream of your choice - we used vanilla and caramel

50g chopped toasted pecans
Preparation Method
- Coarsely chop the fudge and place in a pan with the cream.
- Over low heat, melt the fudge and cream together. Stir gently to create a thick, glossy fudge sauce. Set aside until ready to serve.
- To serve, first, place the ice cream in the bottom of the glass.
- Top with a generous portion of fudge sauce before sprinkling with a handful of chopped fudge and walnuts.
- Finish with biscuits, and a few pieces of pecan scatter and serve immediately.
- Keep the remaining sauce in the fridge in a sealed microwaveable container and heat gently to make the sauce liquid again.
