1 small onion, chopped

1 medium tomato cut into small cubes

2 Tbsp chopped chives
Preparation Method
- In a medium bowl, add the sardines, onion, tomato, and green onion. Mix together.
- Add the mayonnaise and mix.
- Divide into 6 portions and set aside.
- Place each reserved portion in the center of each bun and roll it up like a pancake.
- Tie with a chive, place on a platter, and serve.
