Ingredients

500 to 600 g of scallops

2 cloves of garlic

fresh parsley
Preparation Method
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves and finely chop about ten sprigs of fresh parsley.
- Mix the scallops with the chopped parsley, garlic, and cider vinegar.
- Fry the scallops on an oiled griddle for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Toast the slices of bread.
- Place the scallops on the slices of bread and drizzle with rapeseed oil.
