Ingredients

2 Beef Steaks (200g each)

salt

butter
-
1 bay leaf
-
white wine
-
1 head of garlic cut in half
-
1 package of French Fries (to your taste)

2 fried eggs
Preparation Method
- Season the 2 fillet steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a frying pan with a little butter and oil, brown the meat, along with 1 bay leaf and 1 head of garlic.
- When the steaks are ready add the white wine over high heat and make the sauce. Retemper and reserve.
- Crack the two eggs.
