Steak with Sliced Fries

Such a simple dish that makes children and adults happy.

Ingredients

  • 2 Beef Steaks (200g each)
  • salt
  • butter
  • 1 bay leaf
  • white wine
  • 1 head of garlic cut in half
  • 1 package of French Fries (to your taste)
  • 2 fried eggs

Preparation Method

  1. Season the 2 fillet steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. In a frying pan with a little butter and oil, brown the meat, along with 1 bay leaf and 1 head of garlic.
  3. When the steaks are ready add the white wine over high heat and make the sauce. Retemper and reserve.
  4. Crack the two eggs.
