Stewed Beef Hamburger and Gherkins
A perfect burger for leftover stew meat.
Ingredients

1 kg beef for stewing
-
10 units of brioche bread
-
300 g carrots
-
50 g White cabbage
-
20 g onion
-
200 g bbq sauce
Preparation Method
- Stuff the beef and shred it.
- Cut the brioche bread into halves.
- Place the meat on it, followed by the gherkins and the mayonnaise.
- To accompany, cut the carrots, red cabbage, and heart cabbage into julienne strips and the onion into half-moons.
- Season with Barbecue Sauce.
