Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Simple and tasty ice creams.

Preparation Method

  1. Add the cream cheese, cream, milk, strawberry preserve, and icing sugar to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Scoop the mixture into ice cream tins leaving about 2cm of space at the top.
  3. Place the biscuits in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin until you have a fine fluff. Pour them into a bowl and add the melted butter. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover the popsicle mold with the crushed biscuits and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Run the popsicle mold in warm water for about 20 seconds when ready to eat and they should come right off.
