Niguiri is a specific type of sushi made with a slice of raw fish over pressed rice and made with vinegar.

200g Salmon and prawns
Preparation Method
- Place 250 g of sushi rice in boiling water. Cook for 10-20 minutes. Drain well and allow to cool. Add 1 tbsp rice vinegar. Mix well.
- Cut the salmon or tuna into larger slices than the rice rolls.
- With your hands or a rice mold, form small oblong balls with the rice.
- Place each slice of fish on top of a rice ball.
