Sweet salmon with soy sauce

An unforgettable combination of flavors that will leave you surrendered at the first bite.

Ingredients

FOR SOY SAUCE
FOR THE SALMON
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of butter
  • 4 salmon fillets with skin
  • black pepper q.b.
  • lime to decorate
  • parsley to decorate

Preparation Method

  1. Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and transfer to the skillet, skin side up.
  3. Cook for 5/6 minutes or until golden. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown Sugar, ginger, lemon zest, lemon juice and black pepper; beat until well blended.
  5. Once the salmon is cooked on both sides, lower the heat to medium and add soy sauce to the pan.
  6. Cook for 1 minute and turn each fillet to coat.
  7. Remove from heat. Garnish with parsley, lime and chives.
