Ingredients

10 pieces of shelled medium prawns, cleaned and cut in half

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 lemon (zest and juice)

400ml cream
-
1 bunch rocket
Preparation Method
- Boil water to cook the pasta. In a preheated frying pan, sear the prawns briefly in olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté without letting it brown too much.
- Add the cream and let it reduce a little until it begins to thicken the texture of the cream. Cook the pasta and add it to the cream.
- Season with salt, chili, half the rocket, and lemon juice. Plate and finish with a rocket on top of the dish and freshly ground black pepper.
