Thai Pork and Tofu Soup
This soup is exotic, fragrant, a hit on the table.
Ingredients

6 tablespoons water
-
200g silken tofu
-
1L Thai infusion broth
-
4 large Chinese cabbage leaves
-
A few sprigs of coriander
Preparation Method
- Put the 6 tablespoons of water in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Add the minced pork and cook until the liquid evaporates.
- Once the water has evaporated, introduce the stock and bring to a boil.
- Cut the cabbage leaves into squares and add them, then cook for 8 min.
- Then pour in the soy sauce, add the diced tofu and continue cooking for 2 mins.
- Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle with coriander and chili. Enjoy hot.
