Tiger prawns are an ultra-simple dish to make – all they need is olive oil and garlic to become a party meal. And a good white, green or mature wine, as long as it is very fresh.
Ingredients

1 kg of shrimp

25g garlic cloves

Q.B. of salt
Preparation Method
- Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail and head.
- Heat the olive oil with the crushed garlic cloves, and then fry the shrimp on both sides, previously seasoned with salt and chilli sauce to taste.
- Once the prawns are ready, put them on a platter and pour the sauce on top.
