Tiramisu with cantucci is a tastier version of the classic tiramisu. Mascarpone cream meets the unmistakable flavor of cantucci, all topped with cocoa powder. A spoon dessert, to be made for special occasions.
Ingredients

250 g of mascarpone

1 yolk

1 cup of coffee

1 shot of rum (optional)

cocoa powder
Preparation Method
- In a bowl, beat the egg yolk and sugar with an electric mixer, until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Separately, lightly work the mascarpone with a fork to obtain a smooth, lump-free cream. Then add it to the egg and sugar mixture and mix gently with a spatula to incorporate the ingredients well, do not do this process with a whisk because you run the risk of getting a very liquid mixture.
- Add the rum to the cold coffee and dip the cantucci into the resulting syrup. The cookies should be very wet, but not soggy.
- You can prepare this dessert on a rectangular baking sheet, in practical and elegant single-serving cups, or make mini cakes with cake rings. Whichever you choose, place the soaked cookies in the bottom of the pan, cover with a generous layer of mascarpone cream and refrigerate for at least two hours.
- After the time, sprinkle with cocoa powder, if you like, with a handful of crumbled cookies and serve.
