Toasted mushrooms and duck mousse
Besides being surprising and with a very pleasant mixture of flavours, these mushroom toasts and duck mousse look good on any table.
Ingredients

250 g paris mushrooms
-
1 clove of Garlic
-
1 small onion
-
50 ml of Olive oil
-
1/4 red pepper
-
50 ml of White wine
-
8 slices of bread
-
8 slices of cheese
-
salt
-
Butter
-
fresh oregano
Preparation Method
- Arrange the mushrooms and slice them. Chop a clove of garlic, cut an onion into half-moons and sauté both in olive oil. Add the chopped pepper and the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Then, add the white wine and let it sauté.
- Spread four slices of bread with duck mousse and distribute the mushroom sauté over them.
- Arrange two slices of cheese on top of each and cover the slices of bread with butter.
- Place in the toaster until toasted. Remove, trim the toasts from the side and serve sprinkled with fresh oregano.
