Turkey Breast with Cranberry Sauce

A perfect recipe for any time of the year, especially during the festive season, surprise friends and family.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. In a bowl mix the lemon juice, curry, oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place the turkey breast in the bowl to marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Transfer the turkey breast to an ovenproof dish with all the seasoning.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake it in the oven at 200º for 1 and ½h.
  6. Remove the aluminum foil and let it brown.
  7. If necessary, add a little water to avoid burning the sauce.
  8. Remove from the oven.
  9. Place it on a platter.
  10. Slice the turkey breast.
  11. Serve with cranberry sauce.
