Ingredients

1 cup lemon juice

4 tablespoons oil

1 dessertspoon salt

1 boneless turkey breast 1kg

200g cranberry sauce
Preparation Method
- In a bowl mix the lemon juice, curry, oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the turkey breast in the bowl to marinate for 2 hours.
- Transfer the turkey breast to an ovenproof dish with all the seasoning.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake it in the oven at 200º for 1 and ½h.
- Remove the aluminum foil and let it brown.
- If necessary, add a little water to avoid burning the sauce.
- Remove from the oven.
- Place it on a platter.
- Slice the turkey breast.
- Serve with cranberry sauce.
